Each individual at SM 88 may only One Account Per Person manage. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

SM 88's bonus program creates opportunities for every member. Please keep the following conditions in mind when using bonuses:

• Before claiming a new bonus, make sure all conditions on your previous bonus have been fully met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically removed from your wallet.

How Wagering Requirements Work:

Say you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the wagering requirement is 5x. You would need to place a total of ৳5,000 (৳1,000 × 5) in bets before withdrawing. These bets can be placed on Sports or Casino — either works, unless the promotion states otherwise.

There are a few things you should know before placing a bet on SM 88. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — so please bet carefully.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios:

• If a match or event is fully cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned after less than 50% of play — SM 88 will settle bets at its own discretion.
• SM 88 reserves the right to void or recalculate bets in the event of a technical error in the odds.
• If match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are suspected, bets will be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits:

SM 88 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure betting environment. The following activities will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual (multi-accounting)
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage
• Registering using another person's identity
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Any form of hacking or technical manipulation of the platform
• Unauthorized use of bots on the SM 88 platform

SM 88 may close an account in two situations — at the member's own request, or due to a violation of platform rules.

To close your account yourself:

You can request account closure at any time by contacting us via live chat or email. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Account Closure by SM 88:

Accounts may be closed without notice in the event of a rule violation. In such cases, SM 88 retains evidence of the breach and determines whether any remaining valid balance will be returned.

Inactive Account Policy:

Consecutive 12 months Accounts with no login or transaction activity will be considered inactive and a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 will be deducted. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically closed.

SM 88 always strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, SM 88 shall not be liable for temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues. SM 88's liability is specifically limited in the following areas:

• Bets lost due to internet connection failure
• Losses caused by delays from third-party services (payment gateways)
• Data breach due to a security vulnerability on the user's own device

Dispute Resolution:

For any dispute, please contact SM 88 support first. Our support team will respond within 48 hours. If the matter remains unresolved, you may seek assistance from an independent dispute resolution body. In all disputes, SM 88's logs and records will be treated as the definitive evidence.

SM 88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or an on-platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
